According to witnesses, the sets performed by Canadian indie icons Chad VanGaleen and The Constantines were explosive. Having witnessed the Cons blow the Weakerthans out of the water earlier this year during the Rolling Tundra Revue tour, hearing that their performances continue to leave people awe struck is not that surprising. For those who are unlucky enough to be unable to hear them live, CBC Radio 3 has made the Constantines and Chad VanGaleen’s  Canada Day performances at Harbourfront Centre in Toronto available for stream and download here. The Cons will be finishing up their tour with a few dates in Western Canada before they appear at Lollapalooza in Chicago on August 8th.
